Confirmed Racist Laura Ingraham attacked Judge Sonia Sotomayor on yesterday’s “Today Show,” with Matt Lauer. Ingraham stated that Judge Sotomayor would use her “racial identity” when judging cases. Ingraham’s justification for this accusation was a piece Judge Sotomayor wrote for the Berkelely Review. (It’s funny how racists boil a 15 year career down to what they interpret in an article, ignoring all facts to the contrary) Consistent with the shortsightedness of your typical racist, Laura Ingraham accuses Sonia Sotomayor of using her “racial identity” when judging cases despite the fact that in 50 cases, Judge Sotomayor ruled there was discrimination just three times.
If Judge Sotomayor uses her racial identity to make decisions, how come she almost always rules against discrimination? This proves once again that Laura Ingraham is a racist. When it comes to a Hispanic judge, they can’t possibly rule in accordance with the law. Yet, Justice Alito can state he uses his ethnicity when it comes to discrimination cases, and Ingraham just dismisses.
That Judge is a racist. Has a history of it. Anti-white racists are prevalent on the left. Again, you have no proof of Laura being a racist. No links to the quote at top. No transcripts, nothing. You liberals are shit

Go back to your sandbox and do some reading- this isn’t the first time Fox News has gleeked out some comments that had more than a hint of racism to them. I’m Roman Catholic, too, and think Fox News is spot on with its coverage. It’s just been revealed that Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg made comments that only be described as racist that only a eugenicist would love. How fitting that the old bird is being replaced by another racist.
Give me a break. Sonya Sotomayor ruled agaisnt race discrimination cases 97% of the time. It is factually inaccurate to call her a racist. On the other hand, you have Sam Alito who said that he uses his enthnicity to judge cases, and he was a member of The Concerend ALuminist of Princeton, a racist group predicated on limiting minorities and women to Princeton. Plus, Racist Alitto just ruled that because we have an African American president, we no longer have a problem with discrimination. Who’s the real racist?

Wow. Sounds like the lefties are getting a beat down here. Rather than admitting the argument is lost, they say “racism” which only serves to end the intellectual part of the discussion. I disagree with a majority of the current administrations policies. They are generally socialist at best. Does that make me racist? I generally support the views of Clarence Thomas. He believes that the government is limited to excercise powers that are explicitly stated in the constitution. Does that make me racist? How could Sotomayor be considered Supreme Court material when every one of her judgements that went to the Supreme Court were overturned? She has displayed poor judgement and has explicitly stated that her ethnicity makes her better suited for the job. Racism is, literally, the preference or consideration of one person over another based solely on race. Sotomayor stated that her race makes her better suited over a white person to the Supreme Court. That statement is, literally, a racist statement. It is correct to judge a person by the content of their character rather than the color of their skin. None can argue that. So, when someone states that they disagree with the administration’s policies based on the content of those policies, how does that make them racist? The left argues with it’s heart, I’ll give them that, but they seem to be unincumbered with the trappings of logic and reason.
I love how these conservatives think that because the copy an argument from ONE “news” network and claim it’s fact…I watch the news that is real which is the news from outside the US with NO bias…you “conservatives” actually believe these things are undisputed facts that FOX news spews out. I don’t belive the “left” either but they’re arguments aren’t based on HATE like FOX. You are undoing everything our forefathers fought for us to have and it is sickening.
