So far this year, ABC’s This Week has had just about every rightwing shock jock/pundit in the book, with the exception of maybe Glenn Beck and Michael Savage. The list includes, Michelle Malkin, Dana Loesch, Ann Coulter, and of course, Laura Ingraham. As you can see, ABC’s This Week has become the home of rightwing commentators who know no bounds. Is there anyone too extreme, or too contraversial to appear on their Sunday panel? I thought the Sunday shows were supposed to feature the best of both sides. If the people above represent respectable individuals in the arena of debate and politics, our country is doomed for failure.

Laura Ingraham Praises Ted Nugent, says he was winning.

Only in the mind of a right-wing fanatic can a man shouting sexual expletives at a female reporter be considered a “winning” argument. Of course Laura Ingraham was referring to Ted Nugent’s exchange with a CBS reporter when she commented on this last night on the O’reilly Factor. Media Matters provided the transcript of the comments of Nugent and Ingraham.

NUGENT: Call me, when you meet someone who does that more than I do. Because that’s really moderate. In fact, you know what that is? That’s extreme. I’m an extremely loving, passionate man, and people who investigate me honestly, without the baggage of political correctness, ascertain the conclusion that I’m a damned nice guy. And if you can find a screening process more powerful than that, I’ll suck your d–k.

After playing Nugent’s comments, with the inflammatory parts beeped out, Ingraham stated: “Winning” — a reference to a quote by actor Charlie Sheen. Vulture, the New York magazine blog, defined the term this way:

Ingraham went on to say: “Well, Nugent apologized off camera and he said after the interview that he was rushed to the emergency room and had a kidney stone removed.” She added: “You can decide if the rocker’s a pinhead or a patriot for those remarks.”

In the past weeks, pinheads have included NBC News’ Andrea Mitchell, whom O’Reilly accused on May 2 of “slanting” the news by seeming to be “crossing over into the liberal precincts lately.” Her crime? From Nexis:

You are a true American patriot. Although you and I disagree on some things, I am proud to walk beside you in our fight to re-claim America. Thank you for the comment below. I also want to let everyone that I am dissapointed that this site has fallen back to #2 in the Google search. It needs to be at the top of the results, even if that means me posting something everyday. I wish I could put more effort behind this site. Laura’s family background needs to be investigated. Her adoptions need to be examined. There are whole host of different things. Perhaps one day I will have the money and resources to make this site what it should be. Until then, I’ll just have to continue the fight with whatever means I have.

Wvelie, We are not lying when we say Ingraham is homophobic she proves it on her show daily, when we say Ingraham is racist she says it on her show daily. Ingraham is part of this right wing ( maybe that should be wrong wing because their wrong on everything) That floods the airways with disinformation and right wing spin, did youevr hear her praie the President when he saved the auto industry and millions of jobs> did you ever hear her praise the Pres. when Bin Laden was killed or Al Awlaki or the othe top 26 leaders of Al Quieda ? the answer is no. and Bob, Ed Shultz and Rachel Maddow were born into humble families like we were and made it to the top but never forgot where they came from.

I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so! It was only a matter of time before ABC’s This Week would have the ultimate provocateur as part of their Sunday show panel. ABC’s This Week is destroying their credibility by having outragous shock pundits on like Laura Ingraham, Michelle Malkin, Dana Loesch, and now Ann Coulter. How can ABC’s This Week be seen as a viable Sunday show. We would never see right-wing shock jocks on the real Sunday shows, like “Meet The Press”or “Face The Nation.” Shame on you ABC!

Media Matters Radio Notes Ingraham’s Racist Past!

Ari Rabin-Havt (who may become a guest on my radio show) and the great folks at Media Matters noted Laura Ingraham’s racist past at Dartmouth. According to this tidbid from Rabin-Havit, which I must admit, I had never heard before, Laura Ingraham went around the Dartmouth campus in support of the racist, apartheid government of South Africa. Ingraham physically destroyed symbols left by anti-apartheid students on the Dartmouth campus.

It has become impossible to deny that Laura Ingraham is indeed a racist. In addition to supporting the apartheid government of South Africa, Ingraham was also sued by a black professor for calling him a “brillo head” in the school newspaper.

Also, we are investigating the activity of Ingraham’s parents. Both of them campaigned for Barry Goldman; but I have a feeling that their ties to the far-right do not end there, if you know what I mean.

Ed Schultz to Ingraham: Where are you??

Ed Schultz made a great point on his radio show today when he criticized Ingraham for not speaking out agaisnt Rush Limbaugh for calling a Georgetown student a “slut” and a “prostitute” on his radio show this past Monday. Schultz, who was suspended last May for calling Ingraham a “slut”, called on Ingraham to condemn the remarks, considering Ingraham’s friends, Michelle Malkin and Monica Crowley, were condemning Schultz for his remarks.

Of course, when it comes to the President or progressives, Ingraham frequently detests such rhetoric. In fact, this week on Fox News Ingraham was criticizing the President for quote “demonizing the Koch brothers.” I guess Laura is only outraged when people on her side are demonized. Let’s remember: This is the same lady who called Obama supporter Julio Osequedo a “crackhead”. We here at Laura Ingraham Sucks can provide a laundry list of comments from Ingraham. She is the ultimate hypocrite.

I guess if you are a conservative, you associate scientific consensus with a cult. Next Ingraham will be comparing the majority of Americans who believe in global warming to the followers of Scientology. Then again, we all know Ingraham is paid by large corporations who depend on advertising dollars from big oil. These same companies have investments in oil companies and depend on the same tax treatment. Bottom line: Ingraham is a corporate shill. I bet you the Chamber of Commerce is still funding her show.
